The app only collects data you enter yourself. All data is stored entirely on your device:

• Name, height, and weight (used to calculate nutritional needs)
• Daily workout data and weight logs
• Completed workout history and exercise details
• Training programs you create or import
• Daily water intake and meal tracking data
• App settings and personal preferences

• Fully local storage: All data is saved in local DataStore on your device only — nothing is uploaded to the cloud.
• No accounts: The app does not require account creation or login.
• No sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.
• Full control: You can delete all your data at any time by clearing the app data from your device settings.

The app uses the following third-party services in a limited capacity:

• Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Used solely to track technical crashes in order to improve app stability. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.

The app may request permission to send local notifications (workout reminders, hydration reminders). You can revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings. Notifications are never used for marketing purposes.

The app is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
